Layup
Robots place strings on glass and encapsulant with repeatable, millimetre precision.

Bussing
Strings are interconnected and checked before the laminate is closed.

Lamination
Heat and vacuum bond the stack into a single, weather-tight laminate.

EL inspection
Electroluminescence imaging reveals micro-cracks invisible to the eye.

Performance testing
Every module is flash-tested and power-classed before it is packed.
